Valentino circa early 1980s. Black velvet gown with puffed black sequin sleeves in a polkadot pattern trimmed with with wide band of silver sequins. Opulent sleeves paired with.a simple V neck, long hourglass shaped dress. PERFECTION.
Made in Italy. There are some silver sequin that can totally be re-applied (fixed) so dressed is priced accordingly. I personally would not care, I love a tragic dress on a dance floor.
